Blackheads, the stubborn and nasty problem that I think everyone has suffered. Actually this small and dark drop of ink on your skin is one kind of mild types of acne. Blackheads are underneath the skin and later it appears as acne.
We all have oil glands on our face and for using cream and lotions these glands become more oily which causes blackheads. And the more important is not to clean the face properly. For excessive oil, dirt and pollution the pores become clogged and then the dead cells in open pore react with oxygen in the air and become black and appear as blackhead. Besides this excessive stress, not properly removing the makeup and sometimes for some hormonal imbalance are the causes of blackheads.
Removing blackheads is not so difficult tusk at all. And if not remove at the beginning later it will be a very serious matter of concern. Using baking soda, yes baking soda, you can get rid of this stubborn problem of skin very easily staying at home. Here is the recipe… shit the process of using baking soda on your blackheads..
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon water or as much needed to make a paste
How to use:
- Take 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of water in a small bowl. Mix it very well until it becomes a smooth paste. Keep it aside. Now wash your face several times with warm water so that the pores can open. Or you can do other things that is, wet a cloth with very hot water and wipe the excess water. Then drape the cloth over your face for 10-15 minutes or as much time until the cloth becomes totally cool. The benefit of doing this is, it helps to open the clogged pores and also loosen the dirt and oil on your face. Now apply the baking soda paste all over your face specially the affected area of nose and t-zone. Do not rub. Very gently massage the affected area to exfoliate the skin and loosen the dead cells and blackheads for a minute. Then let the paste sit for at least a minute and then wash thoroughly with warm water. Make sure that there is no remaining paste on your face. Then again wash with cool water so that the pores closed and no dirt and impurities can enter in your skin. Or you may use ice on your skin in order to close the open pores. Don’t forget to apply moisturizer because baking soda can make your skin dry. If you don’t want to use any artificial moisturizer then use apple cider vinegar as moisturizer mix with the same quantity of water. You can use this once in a week and obviously it can be used all over your face not only the affected areas.
- But if you have allergies then taste the paste on your arm and if no irritations and red signs occur then use on your face. But if any irritations or itching or red signs occurs then I m sorry this home remedy is not for you dear.. you have to find any other alternatives.
